We are an established limited company based in Croydon specialising in the delivery of property management services. We manage many diverse estates but tend to specialise in flats. As a small company we pride ourselves in offering a very personal service which is paramount to the success of our business.

Our aim is to provide a first class property management service that deals with as much as possible on your behalf so that you only need to spend a minimal amount of time dealing with policy, rather than spending large amounts of your time on the day to day running of the property/estate.

We believe that our proactive approach is the optimum way for us to manage your property. To this end we will visit your estate frequently and carry out a walk-around inspection and provide a follow-up report.

Our team are very experienced and include a qualified building surveyor who is able to deal with many matters which includes specification preparation and monitoring of works. We are more than happy to tailor our service to the needs of the client as every property/estate is unique in its requirements.

ARMA was formed in 1991 and is the only body in England to focus exclusively on matters relating to the management of residential leasehold blocks of flats. It's principal objectives are to:
