Established in 2004 we have a qualified and experienced team who take pride in offering personal attention together with swift professional advice. All of our property managers are members of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

We are proud to be a corporate member of The Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and comply with the codes of practice of both ARMAandThe Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Concept Property Management are registered under the Data Protection Act so we are able to assure clients that their personal information is kept safe and secure.

Why Concept Property Management?
The proverbial 3 good reasons

1. Service
We appreciate how important it is to respond quickly and correctly and at all times to protect the interests of the management company and residents property. This approach of integrity, honesty, attention to detail and value for money has led us to have long and productive relationships with our clients and many of our original clients remain with us.

2. No Percentage on any works
We do not charge any percentage on any works undertaken. If we are your managing agents you will already be paying us for our time and advice, we don’t believe it is fair to then charge additional sums on works. By not charging a percentage on works we can clearly demonstrate not having an allegiance to any contractors and demonstrate to leaseholders that we are seeking the most economic solutions possible.

3. Transparent Fixed Charges
Our management fees are agreed annually in advance. Unlike many of our competitors there will be no additional costs, such as postage, attendance at meetings, dealing with insurance claims etc to add to this sum.
